COVID-19 UPDATE

House of Beauty’s Covid 19 safety guide.

We are so happy and excited to get back up and running. We are yet to confirm the actual opening date but we are hoping for the 4th July 2020.

OUR PROCEDURES
Once we have a confirmed date we will start contacting you all. We have a very large waiting list but we will endeavor to get you ALL an appointment.
We at House of Beauty are making some safety changes to ensure we are following the government guidelines for Covid19 return to work.
All the following steps are in place for you and our staffs safety. We would really appreciate all your support in respecting theses guidelines.

ON ARRIVAL

On arrival you will be asked to use hand sanitizer and you will be provided with the correct PPE. There will be a small cost of £2 added. However we are happy if you want to provide your own PPE without no cost. ( But PPE must be worn).

DISTANCING

Appointments will be spaced out so that there is only a very small amount of people within the premises at one time.

We ask you to follow the 2 metre distancing where possible. A system will be in place within the salon.

SAFETY PREPARATION

When booking online you need to add an extra service onto your appointments which is called Covid 19 safety prep. This will be found in the specialist section and at no cost. This is so we can change equipment, disinfectant surfaces, set up stations and ensure everything is in place.

ARRIVE ON TIME

We ask you come alone to your appointment and arrive on time. If you arrive slightly early or late you may be asked to wait outside due to maximum numbers in the building at one time.

-If you are unwell or have any symptoms we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. Please do not take this risk.

OTHER PRECAUTIONS

Screens will be in place and station properly equipped for maximum safety.

Patch tests will no longer be available on a walk in service. You will need to arranged via appointment only.

Client cards will be filled out by your therapist so as little surfaces are being touched.

We won’t be providing magazines in waiting areas. Refreshments will be available but provided in disposable cups for the time being.

PPE & CLEANING

Bins will be placed around the salon for your convenience.

PPE stations will be set up for your convenience and ease.

Regular cleaning will be ongoing throughout the whole day. We apologize as this maybe happening while you are in treatment.

Certain treatments will be carried out slightly differently or not available to ensure we protect staff and clients the best we can.

NEW OPENING HOURS

We have also changed our opening hours. We are open more days to ensure we can space appointments out safely.
Monday 10am – 3pm
Tuesday 9am – 5pm
Wednesday 10am -8pm
Thursday 10am – 8pm
Friday 9am – 4pm
Saturday 9am – 4pm

Priority days will be available for the more higher risk clients. (Please contact us if you do require)
